Terms

The agreement between you and RigMuse. Short, and meant to be read.

Last updated 15 September 2026.

Who you are agreeing with. All4 Agency, in Italy. In these terms, “we” means whoever is named above and “RigMuse” means the service at rigmuse.com.

1. What RigMuse is

A design studio that runs in your browser and opens Photoshop files, and a library of motion-capture clips. You can use it signed out, in which case everything stays on your device. An account adds saving to the cloud, the community showcase, and the tools that other applications can call.

2. Your account

You need to be 16 or older. Give a real email address — it is the only way we can reach you. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account.

You can close your account yourself at any time from your profile. We can close it if you break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

If you connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram account to post designs from the studio, you choose what is posted and when, and it is posted under your name on those services, subject to their own terms. We hold the access token only to do what you asked; disconnect it from the Share sheet at any time and it is deleted.

3. Your work stays yours

Everything you make in RigMuse belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and we do not use it to train anything.

You give us only the narrow permission needed to run the service: to store your files, to move them between your devices, and to show them back to you. Nothing more.

If you publish a design to the community, you are choosing to make it public: the whole layered file becomes downloadable by anyone, and others may open, remix and build on it. You can unpublish it, which removes it from the showcase — but copies other people already took are theirs and beyond our reach. Only publish work you are willing to give away.

If you share an animation through the iClone plugin, it waits in a private queue until we look at it; nothing is public until it is approved. Once approved it joins the motion library under the same licence as every other clip there (section 4), credited to you by name, and it may be included in the paid plans. You keep your own rights to the animation and can go on using it however you like. If you want it taken down, ask and we will remove it from the library — copies people already downloaded stay with them, as with a published design.

4. What you may not do

The motion clips are licensed to you for use in your own work, including commercial work. You may not redistribute the clips themselves as a library.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are not yet available. RigMuse is free to use today. This section describes how paid plans will work when they open, and the refunds page covers cancelling.

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown including VAT where it applies to you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. A plan's credits for the AI models are yours the moment the payment goes through; by paying you ask us to begin at once and accept that a credit you use is not refundable — a refund is the payment less the credits used, as the refunds page sets out. If a payment fails we keep your storage for seven more days while the card is retried, with the plan's credits paused until it goes through, and tell you inside the app. If it still has not gone through, the plan returns to Free — your files are not deleted, but you may be over the Free storage limit and unable to upload more until you are under it again.

We can change prices, and will tell you at least 30 days before it affects a plan you already hold.

6. What we promise, and what we do not

We will run RigMuse with reasonable care, keep your private files private, and tell you if something happens to them.

We do not promise it will never be down, never lose data, or never have bugs. It runs on one server. Keep your own copies of work that matters — the studio exports a real file at any time, and that is the copy you should rely on.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, and to the extent the law permits, what we owe you for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost work. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are untouched by any of this.

7. Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or stop offering the service altogether — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and time to take your work out.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, the date at the top changes and signed-in members are told inside the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using RigMuse after that means you accept the change; if you do not, close your account.

9. Law

Italian law governs this agreement. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in, and you keep every protection your own country's law gives you. Otherwise the Italian courts have jurisdiction.
