Position on canvas

Shapes and images arrive as real layers — move, resize, rotate and export them like anything else in the file.

The curve from this key to the next — time across, distance up. On Custom, drag the two handles.

Put the playhead where a key belongs, drag the layer there (or set the sliders) — it moves between the keys. Export renders the scene.

Every effect and its timing is saved with the design. Export renders the animation to a real video file.

Mirror ↔ Alpha lock

Procreate manners: Alt-click samples any colour off the canvas · draw a rough line, circle or box and hold still — it snaps perfect · Shift rules a straight line · Mirror paints both halves at once · Alpha lock keeps paint inside the layer's pixels.

Brush tip

Everything works on the selected layer. Fill floods the clicked region with the colour; Lasso loops pixels onto their OWN layer so you can drag them; Cutter loops pixels away — one Ctrl+Z undoes any of them.
